EOU team is taking action after court order
Central Selection Council Constable Recruitment Exam was held on 1st October 2023. Section 420/467/468/120 (B) of B.D.V. on 31st October regarding malpractices and irregularities in competitive examination. The Economic Offenders Unit registered a case under case number 16/23 and started investigation. Now the court has issued a search warrant to the Economic Offenses Unit and ordered them to take action. Now after the court order on 156 days The Economic Offenses Unit has started searches in the new and old office of the Central Selection Council (Constable Recruitment) on Thursday. The search being conducted by the EOU team is still going on.
Know how the exam was canceled
Under advertisement number 01/2023, the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) took the first examination on October 1 in two shifts. In this, entire Bihar 529 exam center Were made. During the examination, candidates from dozens of districts including Patna, Saran, Buxar, Samastipur, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Jamui were arrested for malpractice. Along with this, the written examinations of third and fourth shifts scheduled on 7 December 2023 and fifth and sixth shifts scheduled on 15 October 2023 were also postponed till further orders.
