In Bihar, a woman from another religion has accused a BJP leader of sexual exploitation. The police have registered a case and are saying that they will take action after investigation. The case is from Laheriyasarai police station area of Darbhanga district. The accused is BJP leader and hospital operator Vijay Yadav.

First he deceived her and then sexually abused her by calling her his wife
Regarding the incident, the victim woman said in her application that Vijay Yadav, a resident of Fulhar village under Harlakhi police station area of Madhubani district, has three radiology centers including a hospital located in Beta of the city. He physically exploited her for months in the name of giving her work in his hospital. During this time, she also became pregnant twice, which was aborted illegally both times. In this case, the victim has named Vijay Yadav as well as two other persons Sanjeet Kumar and Chandan Kumar Yadav as accused. The victim has alleged that she used to work in a private job in an ENT hospital located in Allapatti. In the same sequence, she met Vijay Yadav. In this sequence, Vijay Yadav offered higher salary along with good education for the children. Falling into the trap of the accused, she left the said ENT clinic of Allapatti on 11 February 2024 and started working in Vijay Yadav’s Radiant Janaki Samridhi Hospital. After a week, Vijay Yadav got the victim a rented house in Bakarganj of Laheriyasarai police station area. The landlord told the victim that she was his wife. After this, he told the victim that now she does not have to go to work in the hospital, but stay here as his wife.
