Bihar: A major road accident took place in the capital of Bihar. The Nagar Nigam’s truck hit an auto rickshaw coming from the junction. As soon as the accident happened, a crowd of people gathered there.

On the Yarpur bridge of Patna, a municipal corporation’s truck hit an auto rickshaw. In this accident, one of the six people travelling in the auto died on the spot, while five people were badly injured. The deceased has been identified as Kumar Gaurav (23), a resident of Vaishali. The injured include Dharmveer Kumar (40), Deepak Kumar (40), his wife Amita Bharti (31) and two twin children Anuj Raj and Tanish Kumar (4). All the injured have been admitted to PMCH, Patna for treatment, where their condition is said to be critical. On receiving the information of the accident, the police of Patna Traffic Police Station reached the spot and seized the municipal corporation’s vehicle and auto and brought them to the police station.
Nagar Nigam’s Hiva collided with the auto from the front
Regarding the incident, the traffic station in-charge said that on Tuesday, 6 people were coming from Patna station in an auto. As soon as the auto reached Yarpur bridge, a municipal corporation truck coming from the front at a high speed hit the auto from the front. As soon as the collision took place, the auto overturned on the middle of the road and all the people in it were badly injured. As soon as the incident happened, the driver of the truck left the vehicle and fled from the spot. People from the vicinity rushed there and somehow took out all the injured from the auto. Local people informed the Gardanibagh police station about the incident. As soon as the information was received, the police of Gardanibagh police station and traffic police station Gandhi Maidan reached the spot and admitted all the injured to PMCH, Patna for treatment. A young man died in this accident, whose body has been sent to PMCH by the police for post-mortem.
