In Bihar’s Gaya, on Sunday late night, robbers looted the bike and weapons from a 112 dial police personnel who was riding a bike. During this, the robbers also injured the police. After getting information about the incident, Gaya police swung into action. During the search, the bike was recovered at some distance from the crime scene. But, the weapons looted from the police could not be recovered. After the incident, all the areas of the crime scene have been sealed and raids are being conducted.

Regarding the incident, the police said that on Sunday night, criminals looted the police on duty in Manpur Mufassil police station area. Bihar Police’s Special Police Dial 112 (bike rider) was robbed under the ROB located in front of Mehta Petrol Pump in Mufassil police station area. The incident took place at 8 pm on Sunday night. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police of Mufassil police station including SDPO reached the spot and started raiding in the direction of the criminals’ escape. Also, all the police stations in that area were informed. People present at the spot told that ten criminals were carrying out the incident of snatching by beating a person. In the same sequence, Dial 112 (bike riding police) who were on patrol reached the spot. On seeing the Dial 112 personnel, the criminals left that person and attacked the policemen. The criminals beat up the policeman and ran away with his official pistol and bike. At the same time, the criminals beat up a police personnel and injured him.
The criminals also fired in the air while fleeing
If sources are to be believed, the criminals fired four rounds to spread terror while leaving. Police say that two of the criminals cut the switch of the nearby transformer while fleeing. As a result, the entire locality went dark. On one hand, this incident has created an atmosphere of terror among the common people, while on the other hand, there is an atmosphere of chaos in the police administration. Confirming the incident, SDPO Sunil Kumar Pandey said that the criminals are being searched. The criminals will be nabbed soon. In this regard, the police station in-charge said that the robbers have beaten up the police personnel and snatched the government pistol. During the operation, the bike has been recovered half a kilometer away from the crime scene. At the same time, raids are being conducted continuously at the hideouts of the robbers involved in the crime. All the criminals involved in the crime will be arrested soon.
