Local people say that the mastermind of the solver gang is Diwakar Kumar, a resident of Parbatta of Khagaria district, who earned a lot of wealth in 7 years. It is said that he was doing this work in collaboration with many gangs of Bihar. But 8 hours before the exam, the police arrested him and his associates and foiled his plans. Local people say that Diwakar was from a very poor family. But after coming into this business, he became financially very strong. People say that Diwakar is very fond of expensive things. After coming into this business, he built his own house and also bought an expensive car.
