Bihar: Two friends suddenly disappeared from a city in Bihar. The family members say that both of them went to the market together but did not return. Now the police is scanning the CCTV footage from their city to Patna.

Two girls aged 12 and 13 have gone missing from Gaya district of Bihar. The families of both the girls have lodged a complaint about their disappearance in the local police station. In this regard, the victim’s family says that both are from the same village. On September 20, in the afternoon, both of them left home to go to a show under Sarwa Bazaar. They have not returned since then. The case is from Barachatti police station area of Gaya district.
Police is investigating CCTV footage
After the case was registered in the police station, the police swung into action and started investigating. In this regard, Barachatti police station’s police inspector cum station head Umesh Prasad said that a complaint has been received about the disappearance of two girls. The police is investigating all the points by interrogating the family members. He said that the footage of CCTV cameras installed at all the stations from Gaya to Patna Junction and various places in the district is being examined. Along with this, a technical cell team has also been formed and investigation is being done.
Police took three youths into custody
At present, based on the suspicion of the villagers, the police have detained Karan Kumar and two other youths living at his grandmother’s house in Sarwan village and are questioning them. The Facebook, Instagram and call details of the three youths taken into custody are being investigated.
