A case has been registered at Kankarbagh police station in Patna. He has also named a youth in this case. It is being told that despite demanding extortion on the call, when Dr. RN Singh did not pay attention, a person reached the clinic on Wednesday. It is being told that along with the clinic, the police has also started investigating the rest of the CCTV cameras of RN Singh Road. The road on which the clinic is located is also in the name of Dr. RN Singh. Kankarbagh police station incharge said that a case has been registered and raids have been started in search of the culprit. The police station chief confirmed that Dr. R. N. Extortion was demanded from Singh at his clinic in Kankarbagh.

Dr. RN Singh has a house in Bhootnath Road of Agamkuan police station area. The doctor and his family members are in panic after extortion was demanded. A short distance away from where Dr. RN Singh has his decades-old clinic, his son-in-law, Dr. V.P. Singh, sees patients at Savera Cancer Hospital. Both the hospitals belong to the same family. Dr. RN Singh’s daughter is also a cancer specialist. The patients coming to these hospitals and their families are also worried due to the information of extortion being demanded.
Former president of IMA made this demand from the government
After this information, Dr. Sahajanand Singh, former national president of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), appealed to the state government and Bihar Police to conduct a quick investigation and arrest the accused. He said that Bihar has seen such things at one time and due to this a large number of doctors had to leave the state. By taking strict action against those demanding extortion from Dr. RN Singh, the police will have to vindicate themselves and instill confidence in the society.
