In Begusarai, three miscreants kidnapped a student returning from studies, took her to a corn field and tried to gangrape her. In this incident, the girl showed courage and fought alone with the three miscreants, due to which the three savages got angry and badly injured the half-naked student by biting her at various places. During this, when the girl made a noise, the women working in the field and the people nearby ran towards her and the accused fled from the spot. The incident took place near Latarahi Chowk of Birpur police station area.
The brave kept fighting alone
Regarding the incident, the family members told that three boys of the village used to molest a student of Laxmipur village of Birpur police station area when she used to go to study. The girl informed her mother about this. Then the girl’s mother complained about this to the accused boys and their family. To take revenge for this, today the three boys kidnapped the girl in public and took her to a corn field and they tore the girl’s clothes and tried to do brutality with her. The girl alone kept resisting them. When they were not successful in their plans, the miscreants bit her at many places and severely injured her. According to the victim, all the three accused are residents of the same village.
The miscreants kept crossing the limits of brutality on the road, police said they did not get any information
In this incident, the fearless miscreants danced naked for the second time when the mother of the victim went to the house of the accused to complain about this. The accused beat the mother of the victim severely and dragged her from one square to another. In this incident, the three sisters who went to save their mother were also beaten badly by the accused. During the fight, the accused tore the clothes of those girls. When the villagers intervened, the miscreants fled from there and the villagers took the mother and daughters to the Sadar Hospital. At present, the condition of the mother remains critical.
Questions being raised on the working style of the police
The Bihar government and police make big claims about the safety of women and girls but the police of the same government was silent on this matter. Local people say that in the middle of the market, the miscreants crossed all limits of brutality with a woman and her three daughters, they kept tearing the dignity of the woman but the police is saying that it has no information about the incident. Not only this, when the victim’s mother and her daughters went to the police to complain, the police washed their hands off the matter by asking the victim’s family to come after getting treatment. People are angry against the Begusarai police. They say that the Begusarai police is only engaged in earning money on the pretext of liquor, they have nothing to do with law and order. Now they will complain about the Begusarai police to the DIG.
