Due to the collapse of the bridge, the life of about 15 thousand people around it became disrupted. Due to the increase in the water level, water entered the Anganwadi center building of the village, due to which the goods kept in the Anganwadi center have also been completely damaged.

In this regard, the local villagers told that this bridge was built eight years ago by Rural Works Department Sherghati Work Division 2 at a cost of about 15 lakhs. Its length is about 15 feet. The villagers say that at the time of construction of the bridge, they had raised the question that what is the meaning of building such a small bridge on this river? At the time of construction of the bridge, the villagers had said that this bridge will not last long and that is what happened. The bridge was damaged a few days after its construction. On which the villagers had applied in the Public Grievance. After applying in the Public Grievance, the bridge was repaired by the contractor.
