By-elections are being held in Belaganj and Imamganj assembly constituencies of Gaya district of Bihar. Voting started on Wednesday at 651 polling stations in both the assembly constituencies. The voting process started at seven in the morning. Voting will take place till 5 pm. However, voting will take place at 15 booths of Imamganj assembly constituency only till 4 pm. The district administration and police administration are active in conducting the elections in a peaceful environment. There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the voters regarding voting. Voter Awadhesh Prasad said that again he has got a chance to elect a representative from Imamganj assembly constituency. Similarly, there is a lot of enthusiasm among elderly and disabled voters about voting. Uday Prasad says he has voted in every election. Although he is unwell, he is still excited to vote. People say that assembly elections are very important in many ways. Apart from Imamganj and Belaganj rural areas, enthusiasm is also being seen among the voters of remote areas.
