A case has been filed against famous YouTuber Manish Kashyap again. This time there has been an allegation of violating the code of conduct. It is alleged that Manish Kashyap was going to address the election meeting without any information. After this, an FIR has been registered against 10 people including Manish Kashyap, Prakash Sah on the application of Sudhir Kumar Yadav, CO cum Sector Officer of Chhodano area, in Darpa police station of Motihari.
YouTuber started addressing election rally
Darpa police station incharge Umashankar Majhi got information that Manish Kashyap was going to address the election meeting in Narkatiya market without permission. After which police station incharge Umashankar Manjhi along with his other police forces reached Narkatiya market and started keeping an eye on the law and order. Then Manish Kashyap arrived with 10 people in two vehicles and stood in the verandah of the house of Prakash Sah, a resident of Nakatiya Bazar, while addressing the election meeting and started appealing to the people to vote in his favor. During this time 250 to 300 people gathered there. After this, when Manish Kashyap was asked about taking valid orders, no order was shown to the senior officer.
What does the District Panchayati Raj Officer say?
In this regard, District Panchayati Raj Officer Ramjanm Paswan said that holding an election meeting without permission is a violation of the Model Code of Conduct. And YouTuber Manish Kashyap has violated it. In such a situation, a case has been registered against ten unknown persons including Manish Kashyap, Prakash Sah in Darpa police station. Further action is going on in the matter.
