There is election in the first phase for Jamui Lok Sabha seat of Bihar. The first election public meeting of the National Democratic Alliance is being held on this seat on Thursday, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming. Chirag Paswan, son of late Ram Vilas Paswan, is the MP of the Lok Janshakti Party formed by him from this seat. Now Ram Vilas’s son-in-law Arun Bharti is contesting from here in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. This is such a big opportunity for the family and in such a situation, it is a matter of relief that his brother Pashupati Kumar Paras has reconciled with his nephew. Paras has talked about supporting Chirag Paswan and Chirag has also welcomed his uncle.
Pashupati Paras could not understand time
Pashupati Kumar Paras was a central government minister till last month. If he had not gone and resigned himself, he would have still been there, as others are. But, he resigned from the cabinet alleging neglect in NDA’s seat distribution. The next day he came to Bihar and kept waiting for a good proposal from the Grand Alliance. When this proposal did not come and the Grand Alliance announced seat sharing, then Pashupati Paras expressed his faith in the NDA. He supported NDA’s 400-pass campaign by sharing his picture with Prime Minister Modi on social media. Paras had announced to contest the elections from his Hajipur seat this time too, while Chirag Paswan said that he wants to contest the elections this time from the seat of his father late Ram Vilas Paswan. Both remained firm on their views and Chirag’s views were accepted in the NDA. In anger over this, Paras had resigned from the Union Cabinet.
