Due to entry of north westerly wind in Bihar, chill has increased. In the last 24 hours, the day temperature fell by eight degrees in many districts including Patna. The wind blowing at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour has increased the cold. According to the Meteorological Department, snowfall occurred in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand due to western disturbance. It has affected Bihar also. The minimum temperature is expected to drop by four degrees on December 31 and January 1. There will be fog in the morning. The Meteorological Department has advised people to be careful in the increasing cold.
