Five people were injured in a horrific road accident in Bhagalpur. The condition of two of these people is critical. The incident took place in Bhawanipur police station area of Navgachia. On Wednesday morning, there was a massive collision between a highway and a bus on NH 31. Half a dozen people were seriously injured in this road accident. The condition of the driver and sub-driver remains critical. There was panic in the area after the incident. There was a crowd of people nearby. Here, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating.
The driver lost his balance at the turn
With the help of local people, the police admitted the injured to Narayanpur Referral Hospital. Due to their serious injuries, the doctors referred all five injured to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital for better treatment. According to local people, the bus was coming from Khagaria towards Navgachiya carrying passengers. The truck driver lost his balance at a turn near the petrol pump. Before the bus driver could regain control, there was a massive collision between the two vehicles. After the accident, the bus went into a field on the side of the NH; it was fortunate that there were not many people on the bus.
The condition of driver and co-driver is critical
After the accident, the condition of the bus driver Manoj Kumar, resident of Lakhisarai, and the assistant driver are critical. As soon as information about the incident was received, nearby villagers gathered in large numbers. Whereas the police of Bhawanipur police station also immediately reached the spot. In this case, SHO Mahesh Kumar said that five people traveling in the bus were injured. At present, the doctors are continuing the treatment of the injured.
