Once again a gang of criminals has been seen in Gaya. Where a 40 year old youth was shot dead by criminals. The young man fell on the ground as soon as he was shot. The family members immediately got him admitted to Nugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College Hospital. From here he was referred to Patna in critical condition. The incident took place late on Saturday night in Lalu Nagar locality of Rampur police station area.

According to the information received, late on Saturday night he was living in a rented house in Lalu Nagar locality of Rampur police station area. Was standing outside the house late at night. In this sequence the criminals started firing at them. The young man was injured in the firing. When he came out of the house after hearing the sound of firing, he saw Sanjeev Chaubey lying on the road in an injured condition. Meanwhile, after hearing about the firing incident, the police of Rampur police station reached the incident site and started investigating the matter.
Family members accused son of retired inspector
However, in this case, the landlord’s son Ashok Kumar said that the injured youth is the 40-year-old son of Yogendra Choubey, originally a resident of Basaon village of Simraul police station area of Buxar district of Bihar. Who is living in a rented house with his wife and two children. Staying in Gaya, he works in making RO machines. When we came out late on Saturday night after hearing the sound of firecrackers, we saw that tenant Sanjeev Kumar was lying on the ground. After that people came to know that the criminals had shot and injured Sanjeev. After that, the injured youth’s wife and maternal uncle took him to the hospital for treatment. From where referred to Patna. In this regard, Rampur police station incharge Ravi Kumar said that late on Saturday evening, criminals shot and injured Sanjeev Kumar, living in Lalu Nagar. He said that during the investigation the culprit has been identified. The son of a retired inspector has carried out the firing incident. Raids are being conducted continuously at various places to arrest the accused. Soon the accused will be in the custody of the police.
