In Patna, fearless criminals riddled a property dealer with bullets, killing him on the spot. The incident took place near Malia Mahadev Mandir on Jalla Road in Alamganj police station area under Patna City. The deceased has been identified as Arun Kumar. After the incident, there was chaos at the spot. People from the vicinity gathered there on hearing the gunshot. The incident took place on Sunday. The son of Patna mayor is being accused in this incident.
As soon as he left the house, the criminals who came on foot gunned him down
Locals at the scene said that the deceased Arun Kumar was involved in land deals. When he stepped out of his house this morning, two criminals on foot surrounded him near Malia Mahadev Mandir and started firing indiscriminately. As soon as the shots were fired, there was chaos. Locals hurriedly took him to NMCH where doctors declared him dead. People say that Arun Kumar was hit by three bullets, due to which he lost a lot of blood. He was admitted to NMCH where he died. Arun was hit by bullets in the chest, head and neck.
A total of 9 people including Patna mayor’s son are accused
Regarding the incident, Alamganj SHO said that a businessman located on Jala Road was murdered today. Police has also got CCTV footage in which two criminals are seen coming on foot. As soon as they came close, they started firing at Arun Kumar. During this Arun Kumar ran away but the criminals chased him and killed him. SHO said that this murder case has been registered under 511/24. He said that a total of 9 people including Patna Mayor’s son have been accused in this case. Police is investigating the case, the matter will become clear very soon.
