The police of Patna’s Bypass police station recovered the body of a sub-inspector’s son from the roof of his semi-constructed house under suspicious circumstances. After getting the information of the incident, there was an atmosphere of sensation in the whole village. The police took the body in their custody and sent it to Patna’s Nalanda Medical College Hospital for postmortem and started investigating the case. Confirming the incident, Bypass police station in-charge Rajesh Kumar Jha said that the police recovered a box of sulphas from the spot. He said that it seems that he could have died only after consuming sulphas tablets. At present, the police is waiting for the postmortem report. The whole case will be revealed only after the postmortem report comes.

It is being told that Inspector Vijay Kumar Shahi is posted in Araria in Maharani Colony of Bypass police station area. He has a son Anubhav Kumar who is 16 years old and was a student of class 10th in Simultala School. Family members told that he had come home on vacation on 1st May. On 20th May, he left his home saying that he was going to coaching and since then he was missing. This information was given in written form in Bypass police station.

Here, on Friday morning, when the people of the locality sent a garbage collector after a strong odor emanated from a semi-constructed house in the locality, the body of Anubhav was found lying on the roof of the semi-constructed house. The family members have suspected Anubhav’s murder while the police believe that the case will be revealed even after the post-mortem report comes. Bypass police station in-charge said that after observing the CCTV footage, it is clear that he was seen going alone to his semi-constructed house on the evening of May 20 and since then he was missing.
