On July 13, during the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) assembly walk march in Patna on several issues like opposition to the new teacher manual, removal of Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav from the government on the basis of charge sheet, the police lathi-charged fiercely. The BJP had sent a four-member Central Investigation Team to Patna to investigate the incident. After conducting a complete investigation, the team has submitted its report to BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda on Wednesday.
The lathicharge plan was already ready

It has been told in this report that bypassing the police manual, BJP leaders, workers and supporters were lathicharged above the waist. Giving information about the condition of more injured people, including MP Janardan Singh Sigriwal, based on their eye-witnesses, it has also been written in the investigation report that the police had already made up their mind to kill them during this peaceful march of the BJP. Leaders, workers and supporters have to be surrounded and beaten.
Government trying to show murder as natural death
A list of 771 injured has also been attached to the report and it has also been told that apart from the lathicharge, dozens of people were also injured after falling in the stampede. In one such stampede, Jehanabad District General Secretary Vijay Singh died. Need to know what might happen next
There has been no formal statement from the BJP regarding this report, but it is believed that the National President will approve it and give it to the Prime Minister’s Office. According to BJP sources, the party has appealed to the Supreme Court for a CBI or judicial inquiry; This report will also be added to that.
