The city council and police team caught two people defecating and urinating in the stadium. After this, the police started making both of them do sit-ups in the middle of the stadium. At the same time, many people engaged in the stadium were issued challans for their vehicles, while fines were collected from those found defecating. After this action, there was a stir among the people parking in the stadium.
Executive Officer Sushil Kumar said that a campaign was launched in many places including Akshayvat Rai Stadium, Gandhi Chowk against those who harbor small doubts in the city. During this period, fine was collected from 20 people. A sit-up meeting was organized for those who did not pay the fine. At the same time, all the people were given an oath that they themselves will not raise even small doubts in the open and will not allow others to do so either. He said that there was always a complaint that people had sex in the open in the playground, due to which a lot of filth was spread.
