In Samastipur, the teacher was murdered by her husband. This has been disclosed by the police. Police say that this incident was planned to give the appearance of a land dispute. Police have arrested five people including teacher Manisha Shah’s father-in-law Naresh Shah in this case. Other arrested people include teacher’s mother-in-law Sunaina Devi, Harshit Raj, son of Rajan Kumar, resident of Pagda village of Dalsinghsarai police station area and Lalan Kumar, son of Ganesh Kumar Mahato, resident of Govindpur under Mansoorchak police station area of Begusarai district, who was supplying arms. The police have also recovered the country-made pistol used in the murder along with bullets and two magazines from them.

Police are said to have also recovered an old suicide note from the house of the accused. Police say that this suicide note was forcibly written by her husband at gunpoint.

Dalsinghsarai DSP Vivek Kumar Sharma said that on the morning of December 24, a BPSC teacher was shot dead in Khokhsaha village. After this the police started research into this matter. After this, the teacher’s husband Anish created a conspiracy regarding the old land dispute and on December 20, he filed an application in the police station regarding the old land dispute.

Research has revealed that with the intention of committing murder, the teacher’s husband Aneesh, along with Harshit and Lalan, purchased a pistol, for which he paid through a credit card. After this, as per the plan, he shot him dead on 24th December. Started giving statements regarding land dispute.
Child was not born even after 4 years of marriage
Police say that it had been about 4 years since the teacher got married. But both of them did not have a single child, due to which there was some tension. The teacher’s husband Aneesh was a YouTuber, who was not able to earn that much. Now all the accused are being arrested and sent to jail.
