A husband killed his wife near the Nadiami Hariharpur Hanuman temple in the Sakatpur police station area of Darbhanga. The two had a love marriage two years ago. There were disputes between the two since their marriage. Suddenly on Saturday evening, the accused killed her by stabbing her with a sharp weapon. The deceased has been identified as Pinky Kumari (22), a resident of Alinagar police station area. The police, who arrived on the information of the local people, took the body into custody and sent it to DMCH for post-mortem. The police have arrested the accused husband Ram Kumar Ram.

According to the information, Ram Kumar is a resident of Delhi. While the deceased Pinky Kumari was a resident of Lilpur village of Alinagar police station area of Darbhanga district. The two had a love marriage in Delhi two years ago but a few days after the marriage, disputes started between the two. Due to this, Pinky Kumari left her husband’s house in Delhi four to five months ago and came to her maternal home. On June 7, her husband Ramkumar reached Darbhanga from Delhi and as soon as he came, the two started fighting again. In this sequence, on Saturday late evening, the deceased had gone to the market to buy vegetables. During this, her husband Ram Kumar attacked her with a sharp weapon due to which she died on the spot. There was a sensation at the spot for some time. But, as soon as the local people understood the matter, they chased and caught the murderer and handed him over to the police.

Alinagar Thanedaar Manish Kumar said that a woman was killed by her husband by stabbing her with a sharp weapon. Both of them had a love marriage two years ago. The accused has been arrested. The Thanedaar said that the accused is being questioned. Further action will be taken after this.
