Jharkhand Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Sudivya Kumar visited the Zoo Safari and Nature Safari located in Rajgir, a famous tourist destination of Bihar. During this, he appreciated the structural arrangements available in Zoo Safari and the efforts made to maintain environmental balance.

Minister Kumar stressed the importance of wildlife conservation and environmental education during his visit. He said that places like Rajgir Zoo Safari and Nature Safari are helpful in making children and youth sensitive towards nature. He said that such projects play an important role in environmental protection as well as provide means of livelihood to the local communities.
Appreciation of Zoo Safari and Nature Safari
Kumar appreciated the natural environment for wild animals and facilities for tourists in Zoo Safari and Nature Safari. He said that Rajgir Zoo Safari and Nature Safari is one of the major tourist destinations of Bihar, which is visited by lakhs of tourists annually. During Kumar’s visit, Ram Sundar M, Director, Rajgir Zoo Safari and Rajkumar M, Divisional Forest Officer, Nalanda Forest Division, Biharsharif and other forest officers were also present. After Kumar’s visit, the Director, Rajgir Zoo Safari and Forest Divisional Officer, Nalanda Forest Division, Bihar Sharif thanked the Minister of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth by giving him a memento of Rajgir Zoo Safari.
