In Munger, a minor nephew shot his uncle dead. The incident took place in Sujawalpur village of Mufassil police station area. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Waliullah. Regarding the incident, the family members say that the minor nephew shot his uncle Mohammad Waliullah in the chest over a land dispute. The family took him to Sadar Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. The deceased was not married. He worked as a carpenter. He was the youngest of eight brothers. After shooting, the nephew fled from the scene. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the scene and took the deceased’s elder brother Rahmat Ullah alias Lalu into custody.
Shot not written for house and land
On receiving information about the incident, SDPO Rajesh Kumar, Kotwali police station, Mufassil police station and Purbasarai police station police reached the hospital. Family members said that family members had arrived home for Bakrid. In the morning, brother Rahmatullah alias Lalu was beating his mother for transferring the land and house to his name. His mother’s right hand was broken in this fight. Mother said that the house and land will be divided among all the sons and daughters, but Rahmatullah alias Lalu was not ready for this. On receiving information about the fight, Waliullah reached his ancestral home in Sujawalpur and started asking about the condition of his mother who was injured in the fight. He inquired about his mother’s condition from his elder brother. Meanwhile, there was an altercation with his brother and Rahmatullah alias Lalu caught the hand of his younger brother Mohammad Waliullah and asked his minor son to shoot him with a country-made pistol. The minor shot uncle Mohammad Waliullah in the chest. In a hurry, all the people of the house took him to the hospital, where he died.
