A new revelation has come to light after a fire broke out in the room of medical student Ajay Singh in Chanakya Hostel of Patna PMCH. Burnt notes of Rs 100 and Rs 500 worth about Rs 10 to 12 lakh as well as several admit cards of NEET and PG were recovered from the police and fire brigade team that went to extinguish the fire in Ajay Singh’s room. Not only this, a burnt OMR sheet of MBBS of Aryabhatta University and a half-empty liquor bottle were also recovered from that room. In this regard, Pirbahor police station in-charge Mohammad Halim said that the room from where all this was recovered is the guard’s room.

Ajay Kumar Singh is forcibly occupying
Regarding Ajay Singh, a medical student living in Chanakya Hostel, Patna Police says that Ajay Kumar Singh is a resident of Samastipur district and he is occupying the room allotted in the name of another doctor. At present he is not a medical student, because he has passed PG in 2022. In this regard, caretaker Anil Kumar says that a notice was also pasted against Ajay Kumar Singh to remove him. He was asked several times to vacate the room but he did not vacate the room.
NEET arranges for scholars to get admission in UG and medical colleges.
Police also say that Ajay Kumar arranges for scholars to get admission in other medical colleges including NEET, UG and MBBS. By posing as a scholar, he collects huge amount of money from the candidates and their families. Police also say that Ajay Kumar Singh also makes medical students pass in MBBS internal exam by making MBBS pass outs sit for it. After receiving information about the incident, Town DSP Ashok Kumar Singh, Pirbahor police station in-charge Mohammad Halim along with PMCH TOP in-charge Shubham Kumar reached the spot. At present the police is investigating the matter.
