IAS Sanjeev Hans, accused in the case of gang rape along with Gulab Yadav, former MLA of Rashtriya Janata Dal and parliamentary election candidate from Bahujan Samaj Party, has been found to be his business partner as well. For two days, Bihar’s senior IAS officer Sanjeev Hans was also investigated for financial irregularities along with his partner Gulab Yadav. IAS Sanjeev Hans is the Principal Secretary of the Energy Department in the Bihar Government as well as the CMD of the power company.
The allegation of gang rape has been confirmed, only formalities remain
The latest investigation has proved that IAS Sanjeev Hans and former RJD MLA Gulab Yadav have been together in many types of work. The Enforcement Directorate team is raiding both of them together. But, it is not just about financial irregularities. IAS Sanjeev Hans and former MLA Gulab Yadav were also said to be partners in a gang rape, which was investigated by Patna SSP. The report of that investigation is ready and the allegations of the victim woman have been accepted as correct in the police investigation report. In the beginning of that case, only Gulab Yadav’s name was there, but later Sanjeev Hans’s name was added as a partner in the crime. The woman told that in 2016 when there was a Mahagathbandhan government in Bihar, Gulab Yadav called her to Patna on the pretext of making her a member of the State Women’s Commission and raped her in a flat. According to the woman, when she threatened to file a case, Gulab Yadav filled her hairline with sindoor. Then when the relationship was not justified, the woman applied to register a case in Rupaspur police station of Patna. On this, Gulab Yadav called her to Pune in 2021. The woman alleges that there IAS Sanjeev Hans also raped her after giving her drugs. This case is currently going on in the court. The court has put a stay on the action in view of the hearing, but now after the investigation of ED and the report of Patna Police, permission for action can be given anytime.
