Justice Rai held a review meeting with officials at the Supaul Behavior Court Auditorium on Saturday. During this time his special focus was on construction work related to judicial buildings. He inquired about the building of the Sub -Divisional Court in Triveniganj. Also directed to start construction of a multi -level building approved for advocates in the Supaul Behavior Court premises soon. During this, District Magistrate Kaushal Kumar informed that all the formalities related to building construction have been completed. Construction work will start soon. Justice Rai also required a dozen additional lights in the court premises. Instructions were given to the officers for this. Necessary instructions were also given at other related points. Chief District and Sessions Judge Anant Kumar Singh, SP Shaishav Yadav and others were present in the meeting.

Before the meeting, Justice Rai inspected different court rooms. In this sequence, he also sat on the Izlas. In the special court product 01, he heard the cross -examination of young advocate Nitesh Kumar Singh. Nitesh was presenting arguments on behalf of the defense in ST product suit number 586/17. Later during the program of the law, Justice Rai appreciated Nitesh’s cross -examination. Also wished him a bright future.

Here, during the program of Vidyagya Sangh, the president of the union Nagendra Narayan Thakur put four demands in front of Justice Rai. On this, he assured quick initiative. He said that the construction of a five -storey advocate building has been discussed in the meeting. Construction work will start soon. The High Court has the right to form special courts of NDPs on the lines of the same poxo or special court of the product. He requested the High Court to submit a memorandum to the High Court on behalf of the law. On the demand of the same advocates, he said that ordering records from the subdivision court or sending orders from the email is under the jurisdiction of the District and Sessions Judge. Work will be done soon in this direction. On the issue of security pass, it said that it has been made mandatory in terms of security. According to the advice, now the Aadhaar card will also be checked. Our aim is not to disturb the advocates or their clients. If there is any problem, the District and Sessions Judge will find a solution with the advice of the advocates.

Patna High Court judge Rajiv Rai, who reached the district headquarters late on Friday evening, reached the behavior court late at night. However, after staying in the court premises for some time, he went to the district guest house for night rest. According to the schedule, he was to reach the court for inspection at 9 am on Saturday. However, earlier at around 7:30 am, District and Sessions Judge Anant Kumar Singh reached the guest house on his bike to meet him. After a few minutes, Justice Rai rode on the bike of the District and Sessions Judge and reached the court. At that time preparations were going on before his arrival in the court premises. Justice Rai expressed displeasure over dirt at some places during the inspection. Also advised the personnel to maintain regular cleaning maintenance.
