There is bad news for BPSC candidates and those agitating in favor of canceling the examination. Patna High Court has given its verdict on this matter today, in which the court has refused to stay the BPSC 70th preliminary examination. The High Court has asked BPSC to submit the affidavit before January 30. The next hearing in this case will now be held on January 31.

There was a debate in the court for about an hour in the morning regarding BPSC 70th PT re-exam. There was a heated argument between Jansuraj’s lawyer YB Giri and government lawyer PK Shahi in the bench of Justice Arvind Singh Chandel. Jansuraj’s lawyer YB Giri alleged irregularities in the examination, while the government lawyer said the petition was politically motivated. Meanwhile, after 15 days, Jan Suraj Party leader Prashant Kishore ended his fast unto death and said that we have full faith in the judiciary. But Prashant Kishore also said that if the High Court does not listen to us, we will also go to the Supreme Court. Prashant Kishore’s party Jansuraj had filed a petition in Patna High Court demanding cancellation of BPSC 70th PT examination and re-examination. At present this decision has not come in favor of Prashant Kishore.
