Gaya News: Teacher Ashutosh Kumar Solanki told that people got scared after the sound of crying coming from the well. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Also informed the administration. However, when morning came, people gathered courage and reached near the well and were stunned when they saw it. Within no time a crowd of villagers gathered. The jackal had fallen into the said well late at night. The villagers immediately informed the forest department. After that they started trying to drive out the jackal. The villagers heaved a sigh of relief when they saw the jackal in the well. According to the information received, a jackal had created terror in Maqsoodpur village of Khijarsarai police station area of Gaya district a few months ago. During that time, a pack of jackals had attacked and injured many villagers.

In this sequence, late on Wednesday night, suddenly a crying sound was heard from a well in Nagariyawan village. The villagers remained in fear the whole night after hearing the crying sound. However, on Thursday, when people gathered courage and reached near the well, they saw the sound of a jackal crying coming from inside the well. Within no time a crowd of villagers gathered. A crowd of villagers from nearby villages have gathered to see the jackal who has fallen into a 30 feet deep well. People told that the sound of crying was heard from the well late on Wednesday night. In the morning, when I gathered courage and reached near the well, I saw that the jackal had fallen. After that the villagers came to know about it. Forest department officials have been informed about this by the villagers.

In this regard, village teacher Ashutosh Kumar Solanki said that people got scared after the sound of crying coming from the well. When I went near the well, I saw that the jackal had fallen. The jackal is hiding in the well out of fear. The villagers used a bamboo bat to drive the jackal out, but he could not come out. Thankfully there was no water in the well otherwise the jackal would have died due to drowning in the water. There is a staircase inside the well to go down, but the villagers are scared of the sound of the jackal. After which the forest department was informed by the villagers.
