Police taking Raees Khan to jail

Rais Khan, the younger brother of Khan Badras, surrendered on Friday in Bihar’s Siwan Court. Rais Khan was absconding for a long time in the murder case of two people including a constable. After surrender, Rais Khan has been sent to jail on the orders of the court.
Actually, the team of Siswan police station had gone to raid in Gayaspur village in Siswan police station area of the district. Then the police team was attacked, in which constable Balmiki Yadav was killed. After that Saran DIG also reached Siwan for inspection in a hurry. After that, Rais Khan was made an accused by Siswan police station. Rais Khan was absconding since then.
‘I was framed, there should be a CBI inquiry into the murder’
Rais Khan, who is absconding in two murder cases in Siwan Civil Court, surrendered on Friday. Talking to the media after surrendering, he said that I have a case of two murders against me. In them I am innocent and I have been implicated. Raees said that the murder of Balmiki Yadav constable should be investigated by the CBI. He said that I contested as an independent MLC, after which I was attacked with 5 AK47s on the election day itself while returning home. I had a narrow escape in that. In that case the administration did not take any action and we have been implicated. I demand a CBI inquiry into that matter as well as the constable murder case. So that milk becomes milk and water becomes water.
Raees told that I had gone to the High Court for bail. But I did not get bail from there. That’s why I have surrendered in Siwan court today.
