During the Bochahan by-election of the year 2022, it was Ajay Nishad who got Raj Bhushan Chaudhary inducted into the BJP and he also got a good position in the state BJP. After this, before this election, suddenly BJP cut Ajay Nishad’s ticket and gave the ticket to Raj Bhushan Nishad. Angered, Ajay Nishad went to the Congress and contested against Raj Bhushan Chaudhary from Muzaffarpur but lost by a huge margin.
