The controversy regarding duty timing of teachers in Bihar is not ending. On Wednesday, the education department had termed the letter issued to teachers regarding duty timing as fake. Controversy increased regarding that. On Thursday, opposition MLAs created a ruckus in the Assembly over the issue of no change in the duty timings of teachers. He said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had announced in the House that teachers will have to come 15 minutes earlier and leave 15 minutes later. But, despite this, Additional Chief Secretary of Education Department KK Pathak did not comply with this announcement. This is injustice.

While talking to the media in the Assembly complex, RJD MLA Bhai Virendra said that in a state whose Chief Minister is weak, even his officials do not listen to him. Now if any official is not accepting the announcement of the House, then it becomes a case of contempt. An officer’s dictatorship is going on in the education department. He is not even following the orders of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar should take cognizance of this. In this case the concerned officer should be immediately suspended. The RJD MLA said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had announced changes regarding the duty timing of teachers. Now if his officials are not following his orders, it is sad. Action should be taken against such officials and they should be suspended.
