Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has attacked the government on social media over the bombing of a residential hotel in Vaishali. He posted on social media saying that the courage of criminals protected by the government in Bihar is so high that they now directly bomb if the extortion money is not paid. This is the double power of the double engine that now bombs are being used instead of bullets. No one in the government is ready to speak on uncontrolled crime.
Criminals had bombed the hotel
Late night on 17th August, dozens of miscreants had bombed a hotel located at Mahua Mod in Hajipur Sadar police station area. The miscreants had first extorted Rs 25000 from the hotel operator
They had demanded extortion money. They had also threatened to kill him if he did not pay the extortion money within a month. During this time, there was an altercation between the hotel staff and the criminals. After this, criminals numbering 10 to 15 again reached the hotel and threw two bombs. As soon as the bombs exploded, there was smoke outside the hotel and all the criminals fled from the spot. Police have arrested three people in this case so far. Police is conducting raids to arrest other criminals.
