A similar view has been seen near Thana Chowk in Chhapra city of Divisional Headquarters Saran. Where the Superintendent of Police of Saran, Dr. Kumar Ashish and the traffic in -charge cum Deputy Superintendent of Police Basanti Tuddu, have been honored by giving rose flowers to a motor cycle without a helmet jointly. Also, required guidelines have been given while appealing to wear helmets while driving a two -wheeler. Which was led by Dr. Kumar Ashish, Superintendent of Police, Saran and Basanti Tudu, Deputy Superintendent of Traffic Department. A large number of policemen were present during this special campaign run at Thana Chowk in the famous city in the form of Ati Vyastam Chowk. Whereas, a message has been given to follow the traffic rules by stopping the motorcycle drivers wearing a helmet and a four -wheeler driver and the driver without a seat belt.
