Three people including the chief died in a road accident in Rohtas. The incident took place near Bhampur Semri bridge of Dinara police station area. The deceased have been identified as current head of BC Kala Panchayat of Dinara police station area cum LJP leader Umesh Paswan, Deputy Sarpanch Bipin Bihari Goswami and ward member Mahendra Pal. Police say that four other people traveling in the Scorpio were injured in this incident, who are undergoing treatment in Sasaram Sadar Hospital.
The accident happened while returning from the program
Regarding the incident, police say that a total of seven persons, including chief cum LJP leader Umesh Paswan, deputy sarpanch Bipin Bihari Goswami and ward member Mahendra Pal, were returning from some program in a Scorpio. The Scorpio was going at a very high speed, when while climbing the Bhampur Semri bridge of Dinara police station area, the Scorpio went out of control and fell into the canal. In this incident, current chief cum LJP leader Umesh Paswan, Deputy Sarpanch Bipin Bihari Goswami and ward member Mahendra Pal died on the spot, while four other people traveling in that Scorpio were seriously injured.
The body was taken out with the help of local people
Local people informed the local police about the incident. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and with the help of the local people, the injured people were taken out of the vehicle with great difficulty. The injured were then admitted to Dinara Community Health Center for treatment. Doctors at the Community Health Center provided first aid to the injured and referred them to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for better treatment. Also, the police took out the dead bodies of the deceased from the canal and sent them to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. After getting information about the incident, there was an uproar among the family members including the chief. Everyone is in bad condition crying and crying.
