Six bogies of a goods train derailed near Daniyawan station of Danapur division in Patna. Immediately after the incident, the railway was informed about it. Many railway officials and employees reached the spot. After this, they started working to restore traffic on the Fatuha-Islampur railway section. Here, the railway changed the route of many trains after the accident. Also, many trains were cancelled.
According to Saraswati Chandra, Chief Public Relations Officer of Hajipur Zone, the operation of trains on Fatuha-Islampur railway section has been affected due to derailment of six coaches of goods train at point no. 51 near Daniyawan station of Fatuha-Islampur railway section of Danapur division. Accident relief vehicle (SPART) has left from Danapur for the accident site to restore the operation. The operation of trains on Fatuha-Islampur railway section has been affected due to derailment of coaches of goods train. Many trains are included in this.
