A student studying online in Muzaffarpur has been targeted by cyber fraud. During this time, the miscreant took all the necessary information from the student and broke into his account and stole Rs 95,000. The matter is of Kanti police station area. The victim has registered a case in the cyber police station.
In this case, Vijay Kumar Sah, father of the victim student Aditya Kumar, said that he is a resident of village Vishunpur Ganga Kanti. Due to his son falling in the trap of online cyber criminals, he took all his important information and documents including ATM card, Aadhaar card and gave many allurements. After giving the information, suddenly Rs 95 thousand was debited from his account. After that it was realized that the cyber criminal had made a victim.
A complaint has been lodged in the cyber police station regarding this. At the same time, after the money was withdrawn, it was realized that a huge amount had been withdrawn from the account, after which a case was registered in the cyber police station.
Student Aditya Kumar said, we have been studying online for the last two years. Along with this, we were suddenly tempted to continue our studies from a new number and return the given money. In this, a copy of Aadhaar card and many other documents along with ATM card number was asked, after which information of withdrawal of Rs 95 thousand was received in just a few hours. Immediately contacted the bank employee and got his account put on hold and after that all the information about the withdrawal was lodged with the cyber police station.
