Senior Supreme Court advocate Prashat Bhushan reached Patna and held a press conference. He has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court for an SIT investigation into the electoral bond scam. Prashant Bhushan said that he raised questions on the NDA government without taking anyone’s name. He said that the ruling parties collected money in the name of electoral bonds. Not only the ruling party took donations but the governments formed in different states also collected donations through this bond.
This is the biggest scam not only of the country but also of the world.
In the press conference held at Bihar Industries Association auditorium, he said that bonds worth Rs 16500 crore were purchased under electoral bonds. In these, in lieu of bribe of Rs. 10 thousand crores, contracts worth lakhs of crores were given to such companies which were corrupt. Which will never finish the work. Taxes worth lakhs and crores of rupees were waived off by taking money from those companies which would work in a wasteful manner. These companies had evaded tax. By taking bribe of Rs. 1000-2000 from those companies, lakhs of people were killed. His deadly medicines were allowed to continue. He took electoral bonds from such companies, which were completely new. Was running in loss. Parakala Prabhakar, husband of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, says that the electoral bond scam is not only the country’s but the world’s biggest scam.
A team of retired CBI officers will investigate
Prashant Bhushan said that how the impartial investigation agencies of the Central Government have benefited the government. He told that after the SIT investigation it will be known who those officers of Income Tax, CBI, ED are? Who have benefited political parties through this electoral bond. He said that apart from the retired judge of the Supreme Court, a team of retired CBI officers will investigate and the Supreme Court will take action against the person found guilty.
