During the immersion of the statue in Jamui, a teenager lost his life in Harsh firing. Due to this, there is an atmosphere of tension in the entire village. Since when did the police take everyone into the investigation of the whole matter. In a hurry, Kishore was brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment where the doctor declared him dead. Due to which there was an atmosphere of tension in the village. The deceased has been identified as Chhotu Kumar Singh, 16 -year -old son of Parmanand Singh, a resident of Sagdah.

Procession taken out for statue immersion

It is said that a procession was taken out for immersion of Saraswati statue late Friday night. At the same time Chhotu was sitting on the DJ, where the people involved in the immersion procession were dancing and singing. Then Harsh firing took place and a bullet hit Chhotu’s head. After which he fell, he was taken to Sadar Hospital for treatment in critical condition, where the doctor declared him dead. The relatives of the deceased have accused Rajan alias Babbu and the deceased’s cousin Vishal Kumar of firing.

Chhotu murdered due to old enmity

The family alleged that Rajan had killed Chhotu due to old enmity. Regarding the incident here, SDPO Satish Suman said that the police is conducting a thorough investigation into the case and raids are going on to arrest the accused. At the same time, Under Inspector Akhilesh Kumar Singh of Khaira police station said that the police team has reached the spot as soon as the information is being investigated and the whole matter is being investigated. The police of the villagers assured that the accused would soon be arrested.
