A drunken truck driver of alcohol near Jagatapati Chowk at Goh Block Headquarters in Aurangabad district hit former Goh MLA Dr. Ranvijay Kumar from behind. The back of the car was completely damaged due to the collision. However, the people in the car did not suffer any kind of damage. After the collision, the driver tried to run away with the truck, but the former MLA’s bodyguards chased him and handed him over to the police.

Former MLA Dr. Ranvijay Kumar has lodged an FIR in Goh police station regarding this incident. In the FIR, truck driver Nitish Kumar, resident of Burma village of Goh police station area, has been accused. It is mentioned in the FIR that he was stopping the car and buying goods in Rafiganj Road near Jagatapati Chowk. Meanwhile, the driver hit the car carelessly while driving the truck. In the case, action is being taken to register a case against the driver under the Police Motor Vehicle Act and the Liquor Act and send him to judicial custody.
