The incident of disappearance of two children during Kumbh bath from Alampur village of NTPC police station area located in Bhagalpur district has come to light. Family and villagers are shocked by this incident. Both children have been missing from home for the last four days.

It is being told that the mother of both the child had left for Prayagraj by Brahmaputra Mail from Kahalgaon railway station on the morning of 26 February for Kumbh bath with other women. In the afternoon the same day, two children of the village suddenly went missing from the house. The family fears that the children have also fled from the house for Kumbh bath.

Identification of missing children

Among the missing children, Suraj Das’s 13 -year -old son Amar Kumar, who is a student of seventh grade. Pramod Das’s 10 -year -old son Amit Kumar, who studies in fifth grade, is included. According to family members, Amar had withdrawn the school scholarship one thousand rupees from a bank in Maheshmunda via Aadhaar card and went out somewhere with Amit with some money. The house of both is adjacent to each other.

Family members complain to police

Amar’s mother Babli Devi and Amit’s mother Yogi Devi, who returned home on the evening of 28 February, got upset with the news of the disappearance of the children when she returned home on the evening of 28 February. Even after much research, when no clue was found of both of them, on March 1, Amar’s mother Babli Devi has made a written complaint at NTPC police station.

Family worries increased

Due to the disappearance of children for four days, the concern of family members is increasing. The family is very worried about the possibility of something untoward and is appealing to the administration to find the children as soon as possible. NTPC Police Station Sushil Kumar said that the police has started investigating the case and is trying to search for the missing children.
