Due to this, connectivity with many villages including Bakharpur, Babupur Panchayat in Pirpainti was lost. It is being told that PWD had constructed this culvert only two years ago. As the water level of Ganga decreased, the culvert collapsed. There is anger among the people after the incident. Said that the culvert built at a cost of lakhs has taken water samadhi. Due to this we are facing a lot of trouble.
