A young man died after being struck by lightning while working in his field in Vaishali. The incident took place in Bishanpur Ram village of Barati police station area under Sadar block.
The deceased has been identified as Dheeraj Kumar (30), son of Arjun Paswan. As soon as the information of the incident was received, people gathered at the spot. People informed the police officer of Barati police station about the incident. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police officer of the local police station reached the spot, took the body in his custody and sent it to Sadar Hospital for postmortem. After the incident, there was chaos in the village. The family members are in a bad state, crying.
Lightning struck while working in the field
Regarding the incident, the family members said that Dheeraj Kumar had gone to work in the field. Dheeraj died after being struck by lightning while working. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the villagers reached the spot. With the help of the local people, the body was brought home. The police, who arrived on the information, sent the body to the Sadar Hospital for postmortem.
The wedding took place on this day last month
Dheeraj Paswan was married to Soni Kumari, daughter of Ramnath Paswan, resident of Shahpur Khurd under Goraul police station area, on 27 May last month. Regarding the incident, Dheeraj’s brother Kanhaiya said that Dheeraj Kumar was in Chanwar, he died due to lightning. He told that Dheeraj got married a month ago. Dheeraj was the youngest of 6 brothers. The family members are in a bad state due to crying. In this regard, Barati police station in-charge has told that a young man has died due to lightning, whose body has been taken into custody and sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem, where after post-mortem it will be handed over to the family members. The entire incident is from Bishanpur Ram village of Hajipur block.
