A young man has lost his life in a road accident in Khagaria. His father and his sister-in-law are seriously injured in this accident. They are undergoing treatment. The incident is said to have happened around 4:30 pm on Wednesday evening. The deceased has been identified as Gulshan Kumar, 22-year-old son of Sikandar Singh, a resident of Karna village in the Parbatta police station area of Khagaria district. He had come to Khagaria with his father and sister-in-law to see a doctor. From where he was returning home.
Uncontrolled truck hit from behind
It is noteworthy that the young man who lost his life in the road accident had come to Khagaria with his father to get his sister-in-law examined by a doctor. After showing his sister-in-law, he was returning to his home in Karna. But, during this time, an uncontrolled truck hit his bike from behind on the road located in NH 31 Mansi police station area. The collision was so severe that the young man died on the spot.
People blocked NH 31
After this incident, angry people blocked NH 31 for about half an hour. Due to the jam, there was difficulty in the movement of vehicles. Angry people were seen demanding action from the administration. People said that such incidents keep happening at the said place every day. In which truck drivers play a big role. But the administration does not take any action. However, on the instructions of the SP, the police officers somehow convinced the people and got the jam cleared.
