A young man who had gone to watch a wedding procession in Begusarai was shot at by criminals and seriously injured. In injured condition, the young man has been admitted to Sadar Hospital in Begusarai for treatment. The incident took place near Rajoura of Mufassil police station area. The injured youth has been identified as Pintu Kumar, son of Shambhu Rai, resident of Rajora village of Mufassil police station area.

Regarding the incident, family members say that Pintu is a truck driver by profession. Last night was the wedding of the daughter of Balwant Rai, a resident of the village. He has told that Pintu had gone to Rai to see the wedding procession. Then the criminals shot him deliberately. As soon as the bullet was fired, there was an atmosphere of chaos at the spot. Pintu Rai fell unconscious as soon as the bullet hit him. In a hurry, his family members and local people picked him up and admitted him to Sadar Hospital in Begusarai for treatment, where he is undergoing treatment.
