A person arrested in a police station in Motihari committed suicide by hanging himself with a muffler. The matter is of Raghunathpur police station. The deceased has been identified as Munna Sah, resident of Raghunathpur Mohalla. Regarding the incident, Motihari SP Swarn Prabhat said that the family members of the deceased have been informed. The post mortem process is being done after making formal inquest in the presence of the magistrate. FSL team has been called to the police station. After the incident, Motihari SP Swarn Prabhat and SDPO themselves reached the police station and examined the CCTV footage.

Wife had filed a case against her husband

Regarding the incident, police say that there was a dispute between the husband and wife over some issue. For this reason the wife filed a case against her husband. During this time, a non-bailable warrant was issued against him, after which the police arrested him. The police had kept Munna Sah under arrest. Meanwhile, on Sunday, Munna Sah committed suicide by hanging himself with his muffler. As soon as the incident became known, the police started panicking. Senior officials were immediately informed about the incident. As soon as information about the incident was received, SP and SDPO reached the police station and started their investigation process.
