Police arrested the main accused
On the other hand, the police say that the main accused in the case, Kishundev Chaurasia (Teghra police station area), has been arrested. Raids are on in search of the other three accused. Section-341/323/342 / 376/354 BCD / 34 B.D.V. And a case has been registered under 4/6/8 POCSO Act and 67 (B) IT Act and 3 (1) (w), 3 (2) (v) sc/st act. The main accused Kishudev Chaurasia has been arrested by the police. A special team has been formed under the leadership of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Teghra to arrest the other 03 named accused.
The girl said – called at home on the pretext and did wrong
