Know what is the matter

On May 5, 2023, a case of forced land registration was registered against seven people including Subhash Yadav and his wife at Bihta police station. Bhim Verma, son of Suresh Verma, is the applicant, who told in the FIR that he had made a land agreement for three months with Arun Kumar of the same village. Arun Singh did not pay the money for the land and did not even give the agreement paper. After this, the land was registered to Renu Davi, wife of former MP Subhash Prasad Yadav, for Rs 96 lakh. Bhim Verma alleged that before getting the land registered, Subhash Yadav was told that an agreement regarding the land had already been made with Arun Kumar. On this Subhash Prasad Yadav said that we will still take the land. The next day Subhash Kumar called me, my mother and my brother to his house. He alleged that Subhash Yadav took mother and brother hostage and demanded Rs. 60 lakh 50 thousand from him. When I asked for it in writing, they threatened to shoot me. Not only this, he threatened that if you told anyone about this, he would get you killed. A case was registered against Subhash Yadav and others in Patna’s Neur police station regarding this matter.
