Meanwhile, the Governor of Bihar has changed his legal advisor. Krishna Nandan Singh has been made Chief Legal Advisor, Rajiv Ranjan Pandey has been made Legal Advisor cum Retainer and Janardan Prasad Singh has been made Additional Counsel.
Notification issued from Raj Bhavan
Raj Bhavan Secretariat has issued a notification in this regard. This decision has been taken before the floor test, hence this step can also be seen as a question of how to deal with a constitutional crisis if it arises, perhaps that is why this decision has been taken.
