Expansion
Only 24 hours are left for voting in Bihar Assembly by-election. Earlier, all the leaders including RJD candidate Roshan Manjhi are surprised due to the change of 15 booths in Imamganj assembly constituency of Gaya district. Due to sudden change of booth, reaction of RJD leaders has also started coming to the fore. The Election Commission of India has issued notice on November 9 regarding change of 15 polling stations of Imamganj assembly constituency. RJD MP has raised many questions on the change of polling stations.
15 polling stations have been changed
The Election Commission of India has informed in the letter that the proposal for change of venue of 15 Naxal affected polling stations of 227 Imamganj assembly constituency has been approved. Voting will take place at the said polling centers from 7 am to 4 pm on November 13. Imamganj assembly falls in Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency. In this regard, RJD MP from Aurangabad Abhay Kushwaha said on Tuesday that the relatives of the NDA candidate are Union ministers. It is said that peace has been restored. When there was a booth here, voting was conducted there. 15 polling stations have been changed.
Will complain to the Election Commission
RJD MP Abhay Kushwaha said that wherever voters are in favor of the Grand Alliance. By the way, the polling stations have been changed to create trouble by marking the booths. The public has made up its mind to vote in favor of RJD. Will complain to the Election Commission if the polling stations are changed. A written complaint has also been made to the district administration. One has to travel 7 to 15 kilometers to vote at the changed polling centres. Arrangements for this should have been made before changing the polling centres. After all, how will the voters go to vote? This is not done by just changing the polling stations, similar arrangements also have to be made.
Big fight between these three in Imamganj
It is known that Jitan Ram Manjhi was the MLA from Imamganj assembly seat. Imamganj assembly seat had become vacant after Gaya became MP from Lok Sabha. Due to which by-elections are being conducted. Deepa Manjhi, daughter-in-law of Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, is the candidate from NDA in the by-election. Roshan Manjhi is the candidate from RJD. To make the third option, Jan Suraj’s candidate Jitendra Paswan is also in the electoral fray. Giants are at stake in this area. Imamganj assembly constituency is marked by Naxal affected areas.
