In Bakarganj, Patna, on Sunday night, criminals entered his house and shot a silver merchant. He was immediately admitted to a hospital in Patna for treatment, where he died during treatment. After committing the incident the criminals fled from the spot. People nearby told that due to the Diwali season, the sound of bullets was drowned out by the sound of firecrackers. Later, people admitted Awadhesh Aggarwal to the hospital for treatment in injured condition, where he died.

It is being told that Awadhesh Aggarwal was originally from Uttar Pradesh and used to do his business by taking a house on rent in Patna. During the conversation, Pirbahor police station in-charge told that a case against Awadhesh Aggarwal was already going on in the court. The court’s decision in this matter had come just two days ago. Awadhesh Aggarwal was acquitted in this. Police believe that it is possible that Awadhesh Aggarwal might have been shot dead out of anger. Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident and started investigation through FSL team at the spot.
